Caribbean Fashion Canada Inc. (CFC) was created to provide a forum offering international exposure and promotion especially for Caribbean designers whom are interested in finding opportunities in the international fashion market.
The international apparel retail business has grown to $172 billion per year. The employment rate for designers is expected to outpace that of all other occupations through the year 2008.
The opportunities for designers and apparel industry workers have never been better. Imagine getting paid to dress people and make them feel good? Truth be told, a buyer could care less about how great your designs are. Ultimately, buyers would rather know how good your design products are at selling in retail, whether you have any kind of brand awareness, what other stores you are selling in, and who wears your clothing (particularly celebrities).

Every year, CFC chooses child-focused organizations to support. This year, the organizations are SickKids Foundation in Toronto and Watoto Leadership Development Projects for orphans and abandoned children in Uganda.
